Tai Chi and Qi Gong

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation designed to develop ones inner psychological, physical and spiritual growth. It is suitable for people of all ages and all physical abilities. Its gentle, graceful movements invigorates the nervous system, revitalizes and give strength to one's whole being, keeping infirmities at bay. The here and now of the practice also helps to create peace of mind.
